Shipping policy

All of our pricing are in Canadian Dollars.

SHIPPING

We ship to Canadian addresses only at this time, using Canada Post services. We send out orders to the Post Office twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. We offer standard (3-9 business days) and expedited (1-2 business days) shipping options from Canada Post. Shipping rates and taxes are calculated at checkout based on Canada Post's pricing and the weight of your order. We will email you with a tracking number to follow your shipment and get excited about your Lilac & Spruce purchase to arrive!

LOCAL DELIVERY

We have partnered with a fantastic small business, YGK Takeaway, for our delivery service. Local deliveries go out on Tuesdays between 9-5. Serving Kingston, Amherstview, Sydenham, Inverary and Battersea. Thank you for supporting local!

LOCAL PICK UP

We offer free local pick up at TWO different locations.

1. Graham's Pharmacy. Highly accessible and located in downtown Kingston. Graham's Pharmacy is located at 168 Princess St, Kingston, ON. Please bring a copy of your order number and your photo ID for pick up. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Hours of operation are: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm & Saturdays 10am to 4pm.

2. Creekfalls Farm. Our Farmhouse porch pick up by appointment for local shoppers in South Frontenac and Kingston Area. Please email us at hello@lilacandspruce.com with your order number and we will set up an appointment with you along with our address for porch pick up at our South Frontenac Farmhouse Studio.

PLEASE NOTE

Please note that your shipping address is correctly entered during the checkout process. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address we will require you to pay the return fees and update us with your correct mailing address before we can send your shipment out again.

Delays from Canada Post or delivery services are beyond our control and can fluctuate during the busier shipping times of the year.
